Cassation appeal

You were convicted on appeal and disagree with the decision. It is possible to file an appeal in cassation within 15 days of the judgment. The appeal is filed by a declaration at the registry of the Court of Appeals. Only lawyers who have undergone special training in cassation and obtained a certificate may file an appeal in cassation.
