Bannister strengthens foundations with Eveline Van Laere, partner Construction and Corporate Law
The Bannister board is very proud to announce the accession of Eveline Van Laere to Bannister management.
Eveline graduated with distinction from the Catholic University in Leuven and has built an impressive career in recent years. As a partner within Bannister, in collaboration with Herbert Felix, she will lead the corporate and construction law department; in addition, Eveline will also handle all matters relating to food safety. With the arrival of Master Van Laere, the firm strengthens its unique position as a renowned legal one stop shop.
Eveline is an absolute enhancement to the firm's expertise, and furthermore, with Eveline, Bannister welcomes its first-ever female partner!
Corporate Law
Eveline co-leads the corporate law department with Herbert Felix. The team assists entrepreneurs in the broadest sense, from drafting contracts, to providing to-the-point advice and defense before corporate courts. Mr. Felix and Mr. Van Laere will form a powerful tandem that will provide even better service to the firm's professional clients.
Construction Law
Various construction actors such as promoters, architects and real estate agents can call on Eveline and her team for advice or procedures relating to purchase, (commercial) lease, contracting, co-ownership of apartments and so on. Eveline is particularly good at litigation, a skill that comes into its own in this area.
Foodlaw
In addition, Eveline specializes in "foodlaw." She has broad expertise in assisting restaurant operators, manufacturers and wholesalers in discussions related to food safety.
